Terms of Service

By creating an account on the Milestone Football Sevens League (MF7L) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable league rules and policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform or participate in league activities.

All players, coaches, and participants must complete the verification process, which includes identity verification (face scan), age verification (birth certificate), and payment of the applicable processing fee. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during verification may result in immediate suspension from the league. Coaches are responsible for confirming the accuracy of their team rosters and for the eligibility of all players listed.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

All participants agree to uphold the standards of sportsmanship outlined in the MF7L Rule Book. Fighting, throwing punches, targeting, abuse of officials, and unsportsmanlike conduct after a warning will result in automatic ejection. The league reserves the right to suspend or ban any participant who violates these conduct standards.

Certain features of the platform require payment of processing fees, including player verification fees and coach certification fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize the league to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

Coaches are responsible for maintaining accurate rosters and ensuring all participating players complete verification before each game. Teams with unverified players on game day may be subject to forfeit. The league reserves the right to audit rosters and verification records at any time.

All content on the MF7L platform, including the MF7L name, logo, branding, rule book, and platform design, is the property of Milestone Football Sevens League. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute league content without express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during registration and verification is stored securely and is only accessible to you and authorized league administrators. Sensitive documents (face scans, birth certificates) are subject to additional access restrictions.

MF7L and its organizers are not liable for injuries sustained during league play or related activities. Participants assume all risk associated with participation. The league is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at league events.

MF7L reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

The league reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, the Rule Book, or for conduct deemed detrimental to the league. Upon termination, all access to the platform and league activities will be revoked.
